Self Love – Love Yourself
Self-love is essential to our happiness, relationships and dreams, but it can be hard to know HOW to love yourself. I’ve put together a list of Lessons below to help you get started.
If you are not going to cheer ‘you,’ who will? If you don’t love you, who will? Ask yourself these questions.
“Love yourself first and everything else falls into line. You really have to love yourself to get anything done in this world.”
– Lucille Ball
Mirror Mirror on the wall:
Start each day by telling yourself something really positive. What you tell yourself is who you are. People’s opinions of you do not matter. What is important is what you tell that person in the mirror each day, that ‘I am beautiful’, ’I am Intelligent’, Anything that will make you smile .Every great thing we celebrate started with a thought. What you focus on focuses on you.

Lesson 8 :
Make a ‘What’s working for you list’:
Make a list of what’s really working for you. Write it down in a paper and once you see it on paper and accept all of the positivity in your life, it will make it easier to love yourself. Getting rid of old things will make room for new things to come in to your life! Cleansing your mind can sometimes work in the form of letting go of clothes, shoes, jewelry, etc. that remind you of a certain time in your life that links to a negative vibration. Don’t chase what’s already happened; love yourself enough to know the best is yet to come.
