Risking Is Better Than Regretting .
If you want to change your life you have to be willing to make changes in your life. No risk, no reward and in my opinion it’s riskier to do nothing!
It can be far more comfortable to play it safe, to not “rock the boat” and to keep things easy; however, if you want to create the life of your dreams, it requires you to step out, to take risks, and get uncomfortable.
Throughout my life I have often been told to be more “realistic” , “be cautious”, “slow down”, “be careful”, “your taking on too much”, “you’re a dreamer”, “that can’t be done”, “be careful”, etc…. This may be good advice for some, but it’s not who I am….
If you spend your life in fear of what others will think, say and do – it is holding you back from what you were created to do and who you were created to be.
The truth is, all the things we have today, we have because someone took a risk, tried something new, went against the norm, got messy, stepped out, and didn’t give up.
That is what creates world changers
That is what leaves a legacy
That is what creates miracles
That is what makes money
Time to follow your heart and stop playing small.
Big risk = Big reward
If you’re not taking risks then you’re not growing.

I met a good friend of mine this weekend . Her name is Jo . We had great fun time lunching together . Jo is a Mom and Mompreneur She is a good mom and a growing boss lady . She is guilty of her slow progress and not so satisfied business and she took a decision to shut down her business .
I made Jo understand that, Things are hard at times but show up anyways ! It’s a part of life that are meant to make you strong and gives you some lessons and experiences . It does not matter how slowly you go as long as you do not stop . Remember, your speed doesn’t matter forward is forward .
I know some days business is hard. I know you don’t feel like doing it. I know you’re tired, people are mean and things get overwhelming.
I know. I know Do it anyway .. Don’t give up .
That’s true with parenting kids too and you don’t give up on them .. do you?
Don’t give up on your business dream just because it got hard. Take a break and get help if you need to but don’t give up. Persistence is the key.
If you’re tired ..take rest and show up again! Never quit because you never know how close you are to a breakthrough . It may be right around the corner .

This superbowl reminded me of my childhood memories .. Its nostalgic
I love watching Cricket matches . So mad mad mad on Team India and it’s players .
I used to watch it with my dad and brothers in Television .. Cheering for Indian Batsman ,dancing out of joy when my favorite player hit sixes or fours,whistling to support my favorite team 😀 😀 😀 Those days were Fun ! I could recollect all those days when kids shout for eagles watching superbowl 🙂 🙂 We had a fun weekend .

Dear Mamas , How are you all ? Are you struggling in life ? Are you finding any hardship ? Is your day bad ?
To whoever’s reading this,you may be struggling right now,but hold on,don’t give up!! Your current situation,is not your final destination.. You are not in a storm you are in a transition.I think that sometimes when things don’t always go as planned or how we may want them to go I feel that facing obstacles only makes us stronger.. That we’re able to grow & learn through the darker / rainy days, so I just wanted to share this quote as it really spoke to me in a deeper way, helped me through today & also expresses my sunshine state of mind. When the going gets tough just remember, no rain, no flowers .Especially as an entrepreneur, but in ALL areas in life… setbacks equal a learning opportunity, not failure. .

Life is a mix of high and lows, valley and mountains, sunny days and storm and that what makes it gorgeous! Without the hard parts we wouldn’t be able to enjoy the beautiful parts as much.A good reminder for those not so perfect days. We all have them. There is no way of living life with a happiness filter but you must choose happiness every day. Some days are harder than others, but I needed this reminder today. Learn to shine with or without the sun. Either way, you’ll be just fine. Life doesn’t always go the way you plan it. There will be ups. There will be downs. But despite what it may currently look like; remember that all things are in purpose, on purpose! If you’re currently going through a season where life doesn’t seem to be going your way. I’d like to remind you that in order for the flowers to blossom, they must first withstand the rain. It’s the seasons where life seems to just be pouring down on us, where the most beauty comes from. Don’t run away from rain! On the contrary, embrace it! When the storms pass, you’ll see it was all worth it. Until that day comes, just remember – No Rain, No Flowers! pour down and I’ll bloom. . You have to go through your storm in order to grow stronger, more beautiful. I’ve had lots of rainy days and I’ve had days full of flowers, sunshine and great days. Even a bad day have 24 hours. So I know better than anyone it won’t rain forever and I’ll see the flowers again.
It’s not easy to see the positive when we are in the midst of a storm, but there is also a positive side and the storm never lasts!

Finding the positive qualities in other people is an important part of your personal development. As you get better at finding the positive aspects of other people, you become more proficient at finding the positive aspects of yourself.
I’ve learnt to remind myself that I don’t know the other persons full story. I recently came across the saying “Don’t judge my story based on the chapter you happened to walk in on.” Even when you know someone well, you can’t assume to know what’s going on in their head or heart or life – at any given point in time.
I also find that if I am bothered by someone’s behavior, realizing that it’s probably not directed at me, but rather an expression of how they’re feeling at that point of time, helps me to see the situation from a more objective standpoint.
Seeing the good in other people is a challenging pursuit.Basic social skills like smiling and maintaining eye contact will help.Start noticing only positive intentions underlying peoples’ actions and forgive them for these actions.
When you look for the beauty in every person and situation, life becomes so much better. When you can see the good in everything, you will be genuinely happy and enjoy life so much more
