You Are Fortunate, You Are Lucky, You Are Blessed

Feel that you are fortunate , Lucky and blessed !

Do not go to bed thinking of all the things you need to do tomorrow or during this busy holiday season — Don’t stay up all night laboring over the things that are pressing and stressing. Instead, labor over the things you’re SO 🙏 grateful for.

✏️ Write down your list of things to do tomorrow. Flush it from your mind once it’s written down. Then, flush your “to do list” from your mind by replacing it with gratitude.

As you lay down for the night, take just FIVE minutes and THINK about the things you’re 🙏 grateful for. The roof over your head. Running water that is clean. The pillow under your head. Clean clothes to wear. Your health. Your family’s safety. Be grateful for what you DO have.

Even if you have to DIG down REALLY deep to find the things that are going RIGHT… find them. Hang on to them. Dwell on them. Thank GOD for them.

Going to bed feeling grateful for what you have will put you into a place of peace and help you sleep better, too! ❤️

Love Always , Devi Venkatesan
