Are you facing a bad day ? Things are not right/not going as you planned/not in your favor ? Tired of mothering kids? Tired of Cleaning house ? Is your face looks like the one in picture now ?? Relax ❤️
Today might not have been my best day but I definitely didn’t let it be my worst. Slowly learning that only I have the power to control my responses to negative situations.
I’m sharing this because I think it’s important for people to know that in life and especially us Moms and self-employed entrepreneurs….we all have our moments, our disappointments, our times when we can’t fake it and we just need to take a moment .. 💕Take a deep breath, Relax , Have a cup of water or coffee, Listen to music , Call your hubby for some amazing pep talks , Talk to a friend , Have an ice cream or your favorite food and Also Know this, a bad day can be made better by going to gym,doing yoga/meditation,walking in nature and bad days are okay! All of our bad days may be defined by different reasons but we must remember the reasons are temporary. I tend to look at situations as ever-lasting causing me to over think about a situation and continue to be halted by the emotions it brings me, but I must remember as these feelings are perfectly okay to have, they are only in place under the situation, which will not last forever. Talk it out, cry it out, do what you need to do to make your bad day, a not so bad day! Remember, All the days are not good but there is something good in every day. Just relax and keep going .. You don’t have to be PERFECT to go FORWARD ..

Always end the day with a positive thought .No matter how hard things were,tomorrow is a fresh opportunity to make it better .
