Live in the moment

aHi Mommies, Are you waiting for the weekend ?

Don’t wait for the weekend

Be happy today and everyday.

It all started when we are young, sitting in the class room thinking of weekend fun.

As we get older, our lives and week days become more stressful in office/business.

Stop worrying about past or future. (Don’t worry about  past mistakes or things which went wrong and don’t worry about future challenges )

New research says that people are actually less happy on weekends.

Be happy today..There should be something good today and take a moment to be grateful for it today.Find it and focus on it.

Don’t wait for the weekends to be happy .Find reason to be happy today and every day.

Enjoy little things.. Appreciate small things!

Live in the moment. Enjoy !!

  1. Every word in this post is true and it’s the same with everyone. As a college student, my weekdays and even weekends are so stressful. Assignments, projects, exams keep us occupied and give us those panic attacks. What you said is right, we should live the moment and be thankful for it to happen. 😊
